We do not disclose nor sell Account Information about our customers or former customers to outside companies or third parties, or permit outside companies or third parties to use Account Information, except as necessary to provide our service or as required by law (such as complying with a subpoena or court order).

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal standards to guard all such information.
